The Wisdom Within Your Design
Isolde is the coach inside the Your Design, Your World App, created by Maureen Schlachter. You're one of a small group trying her before she opens to everyone. Things may change, and now and then something may not work as it should. Your feedback shapes what she becomes.
Isolde is a coaching companion. She draws on Maureen's books, programmes and approach, and on your Human Design and Gene Keys chart. She is not a therapist, a doctor or a crisis service, and she doesn't give medical, legal or financial advice.
If you're in crisis or in danger, please contact your local emergency services, or a crisis line in your country: for example 988 in the US (call or text), Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, SADAG on 0800 567 567 in South Africa, Lifeline on 13 11 14 in Australia, or 9-8-8 in Canada.
To remember you, Isolde keeps: the name you give her, your birth date, time and place and the chart worked out from them, your two profiles, the notes she keeps about you, and your conversations. You can see and edit your profiles and her notes at any time from the menu.
This is stored privately for your account on Cloudflare's servers. Only you can see it in the app. As the person running the beta, Maureen can see your name, when you last used Isolde and how much you've used her, but the app doesn't show her your conversations.
When you write to Isolde, your message, along with your chart, profiles and notes, is sent to Anthropic, the company whose Claude AI powers her, so she can reply. Anthropic doesn't use these conversations to train its AI models.
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time: open Settings in the app and choose Delete my account and data. If you'd rather Maureen did it for you, just ask.
